This is 6' x 4'4". It is a wall mount model VF-WM Serial 20133 Amps: 9.0 Volts:120
60 Hrz It was made by Millington Machine Co.
The vacuum is a Westinghouse. 1/2 hp 1725 rpm 115volts 60 hrz
It came from a working shop and I bought it at an auction but never used it. As far as I know it works but... It sells for over $2,400 on the Millington website.
