Need help!

I am helping a friend sell his charter bus and all of the belongings he has inside it. A large portion of his possessions being sold are screen printing equipment. I barely know what most is, but I know there is a Lawson Expo-Lite exposure unit and a heat press. The rest look like a rotating stand for the roller frames (?) And various attachments and accessories. I'll add photos if i can...I just found digitsmith and was hoping for some direction as to not lose possibly valuable equipment...
