Need Help/Training for 3D embroidery

Hello everyone

I have a TMEX C1501. I am trying to do 3d embroidery and its not coming out consistent. I am willing to pay for virtual training or if you r in San Diego Ca that would be better. I will be willing to pay for your time and knowledge. The problem can also be in the digitizing. I have been getting things through Fiverr so that can also be an issue. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
