I have a Melco EMC 10/4 . One of the heads won't turn off. It still puts the needle down like its embroidering. I know I can use that as my main head, but it shouldn't do that in the off position. Any one know what it is?

SEGURAMENTE ES EL SOLENOIDE DEL RECIPROCADOR, HAY UNA FORMA DE DESACTIVARLO PARA QUE YA NO BAJE LA AGUJA O EN SU CASO CAMBIAR LA PIEZA

Could be upper dead point or jump motor issue
