I'm not the most computer savvy person in the world, so I'm curious as to how you pros handle this situation. We started an embroidery biz about 6 months ago, and have now purchased 2 more used Tajima NEO's. They came with 3.5" floppy drives and networking serial cables. Our brand new computer does not have a 3.5" drive or a serial port on it which is what the Tajima networking cables need. Do we need to buy some sort of USB to serial cable to be able to network the new PC to the older model Tajimas? I think they are both 2003-2004 models. Or does Tajima sell a USB interface for their older equipment?
Re: Networking Question
Buy a Sony External USB Floppy Drive (MPF88E). It costs 99$ and we are working with the same. No issues what so ever.

Re: Networking Question
You will need some sort of Serial to USB or Serial to ethernet cable.
If you want to use floppy disks, you can find external USB floppy disk drives at most places like Best Buy or Staples. They're only about $30-$40 bucks.
