new heat transfer website

We just got our website up and we are looking for feedback on it.
Thanks

Not bad. I used to review websites in college and still do here and there for my friends that are designers. I browsed your site from a computer as if I was a customer to see how it looks. Best thing to do is always look at competitors websites, small and corporate sized businesses to give a range.

Things I noticed:
- Too many dark colors. It makes it hard to read for people with bad eyesight, and also makes it seem like you know nothing about colors to be honest, which is funny as you recommend buying a PMS Formula Guide on your colors page?
- The ordering page could have the 3 steps back on it. I thought this was very helpful from the home page, but once someone clicks the Order page, it goes away?
- The "tags" that appear for anything the Red, Yellow, Blue and Green "tags" could be in the header where you have the phone number, credit cards and the Facebook logo, etc., put the credit cards in the order page.
- Either leave Quick Links at the bottom of the page, or at the top right hands side of every page. If it is on every page, there is no point of having it in your footer and in the body of the page. Honestly I think things like this just clutter a page up and make it confusing for people.
-To the same extent, only have the Facebook button and the likes in the footer. You don't need them taking away from your header.

Subtle changes can make a vast difference in appearance. This is incredibly important in our industry as not everyone is tech savvy or internet adept. Just wanted to give you a few things I noticed when browsing the site. There is always more that can be done as nothing is ever perfect. At the end of the day the site is yours, choose as you will what to take heed of and discard the rest.

Best wishes on the new business!

Humm it is not cell phone ready.

I like the top but i do not like the black area under the top big images it seems very dark like it should have some photos in it for the step 1,2 and 3.
Then the white area seems very basic like you should have colums and photos on that to to make it not look like a blog page.
