Looking for A Great large format screen printer

I am a printing broker that has been in business for 25+ years and I have a customer that is looking for a lot of screen printing. They want to screen directly onto foam board and then die cut. This project would start at several 1,000 sheets and hopefully grow from there. The printing may be just 1 color, but also want to look at 4 color process. I am in the LA area and want someone in Southern California that does wuality work, trustworthy, and competitive. Am I asking for too much???
