hi, I found this one on line... seems TOO involved but you can keep the parts you think matter to you and alter accordingly? http://www.shrm.org/templatestools/samples/pages/employeehandbook.aspx

Also if you visit SBA.gov (small business association) they tell you which parts are more important.
