Hello,
We bought a brand new M&R Kruzer and everything seems to be great - except the Left/Right micro-registration knob does not do what we would expect it to do.
See attached image

We printed crosshair "A". We then used the micro registration to move to the RIGHT. We then printed "B".
As you can see, not only did the frame move to the right, it also moved slightly UP
Has anybody experienced this before? Is this normal?
Ive contacted M&R Technical support, and nobody seems to be getting back to us. For now, we are stuck registering the job manually - without the controls.
Re: M&R Micro Registration is off
First question “did the press ever setup in-register” second “who assembled the press”. The pics definitely shows a registration problem but that is not normal for the press. Next how many frame holders are you seeing this on? When you say “Left/Right micro-registration knob does not do what we would expect it to do” it tells me there is no side to side movement between the two mounting plates. The Keppel release knobs need to be loosened but not too loose. If this doesn’t help email me your phone# and the best time to call you.

Re: M&R Micro Registration is off
Thanks Tony. Im glad someone from M&R reached out. I've heard only good things about M&R support, but nobody I reach over the phone is able to help. Im at a dead end.
Appreciate any assistance you can provide.
