Just wondering if you guys have experienced this problem before.
Could it be an axis problem, belt maybe?

Check X &Y driving system.
Pulley,belts,coupling.
Check if the screws are tight.
I had this problem because of lose screws

dgeorge is right-just changed out several rotten x and y belts. Also could be software and/or xy board
