please provide me some information regarding how to start a new embroidery business. i'm starting a new embroidery shop for making caps embroidery.
1) what type/model of embroidery machine with caps attachment is the best?
2) how many head is preferred for doing a certain quantity(ie. 1000,2000) of caps in a week?
3) any information anyone can give me would help alot.

Id suggest you buy a multihead machine. 12 or 15 head would be good to make 2000 caps a week. It would certainly depend on how many you can actualy produce by checking the time a design takes to sew.
I would go for a barudan machine with drop table and cap attachment. It would serve as a good and reliable machine. you can even run in on shifts, 21 hours a day. One hour break every 7 hours.
