We are currently playing around with all over printing and shoulder prints. We are have the trouble of ink build up on the seams and or either side of the seam. Can any one give us some pointers on a better way to do this.

less off contact, and thin your ink way out, use a fashion soft additive for your plastisol or discharge it. use high mesh for that. use a hard squeegie and PUSH not PULL.

ALWAYS pull ink, not push.
pushing ink leaves your design looking blurrys with out crisp edges.
Especially if you've been pulling ink though your sceens; your screens mesh isnt trained to be pushed.
All depending on the type of press you have, you could buy "all over" pallets..
As far as printing over seams, i like to use foam on my pallets.
I simply raise the contact on the whole pallet with the foam, then graph out the space needed where your seam will be on your pallet/foam, cut out where the seam will lay on the pallet in the foam. that way the seem will be even with the shirt its self.
Also thinning out your ink is a good idea; i wouldnt make it like water though.

Look for someone that basis their site off of Jakprints, you should know
that they push everything. Anyone with an auto pushes. So the fact is
do what you want to do, it is screen printing, everyone has their ways.
But pushing simply doesn't blur the image.
