We have a Rhino Automatic Screen printing machine from progressive that we purchased several years ago and over time we have had some parts breakdown and wear out. It has been a good machine over all, but just needs some fixing up (but it stills runs like we need it to). I have been trying for over 2 years to track down someone to provide me with parts for the press ... obviously with no luck. Every contact I found never returned emails or phone calls no matter how desperate I sounded.
Today, through some deep searching on the internet (finding another screen printer who has the same machine who provided me with the information) I was able to get a hold of Robert Barnes' contact information. Spider Machines - robert@spidermachines.com
I emailed Robert and he had a phone call back to me within the hour. Later we chatted about his history with the RHINO and his current involvement with them.
I have the information in with him for the parts I need and I anxiously await his response. It has been a pleasure working with him and I look forward to doing more business with him in the future.

I can assure you that I am for real ... the only reason I posted my experience was to help any other screen printer out there that may be facing the same issue ... like i said - this has been a very long process for me and every where I turned I hit a brick wall ... and now it seems like Robert is actually providing some progress for me to get my machine up and running ... and if he scratches my back to get my parts - I am certainly willing to scratch his and post some positive things about him ...

RPM can also get parts for Rhinos. We have owners calling in frequently for parts and service.
