I have been facing small text problem.
It really gives me though time.

I can try.
If you mean in digitizing then I would recommend using ZigZag , not Satin stitch... the angle is a bit better for small lettering. and I would back off on the normal density. Make it looser.
If you mean in embroidery well I am always going to yell until the cows come home that thinner 60 or 75 wt threads are a MUST! along with the needles that are appropriate. The one size fits all idea is a load of you know what.... cannot tout that quality is NUMBER ONE if the embroiderer will not do their part with thread and needles and machine speed.... yes I believe that for super small lettering the machine needs to run slower. like from 1000 spm to 300...
