SOS! BES-1260BC E-07 Error

Hey everybody,
I just bought an older brother, BES1260BC. 6 head, 12 needle. Its in immaculate condition and came with the original PC and software. I watched it perform a sample run before loading it up and bringing it to the shop and it ran flawless on all heads.

Now that its in its new home, an all set up, we fired it up, loaded a DST into it software, and when we go to start and move over to needle 1 it makes a jamming sound, and says E-07. I've been over the manual codes but it just says if it persists its broken. lol

I think im just doing something wrong. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
Im not too familiar with these machines to be honest, I decided to add it to our contract print shop to get our foot in the door with embroidery and see how it fits into our business. Im just hoping I didn't break it somehow.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Update: after a quick examination im noticing that the presser foot on head 2 will not stay down to keep presser foot in the up position. This is not an issue on any other head. Wondering if this is related. Also I can move the heads left and right by hand. Is there a proximity reset or something?

I figured it out. I didn't lock down the needle bar when I transported it and it threw the needle\color select mechanism out of wack. I got it all aligned and running smoothly. But if I have any other questions ill be sure to give you a ring. I'm pretty mechanically inclined but I dont know too much about these machines particularly.
