did you try coldesi? i had to replace one last year and they were it! basically it is a special made unit, or very specific to the machines, we ended up repairing ours, the shaft broke off flush at the base. the replacement was over $1,000.00 crazy!! good luck

stepper motor for what function? i am a swf tech, they use stepper motors for different things.

For the side to side motions.We had a new one put in but now the designs are all messed up please can you help? I have tried to talk to a company tech they don't even call you back and if they do its a bunch of high dollar stuff.Thank you
