SWF 601c

I just got an SWF601c machine with no manual. I was trying to get the frame to move back to it's original position when it went all the way back and started making a loud grounding sound as it was trying to move too far back and over. I stopped it, but now I can't clear it and the screen just reads frame moving stop.... how do I clear it? HELP... also if you know of where I could get a manual that would help....
Thanks

Hold down the SET button until the machine beeps rapidly and the LCD screen blinks "Design End Code". Then hit the ORG key to return to center.

coldesi.com has support on their website. You can find machine support if you search Support, Select Category, Embroidery, then choose what area of topics you want to learn about. There are also numerous videos at Youtube.com

I have tried that, but it does not work. If I push start the frame moves and it does not stop even when it hits the metal in the back. When I push stop the screen just reads frame move stop, and I am unable to get out of that...how do I get out of this? I have unplugged the machine. I have tried to hit the emergency stop...nothing works....

Try this.

1. Turn the machine off

2.Remove the all the cable from the backside of the machine.

Like 3 cables (some of have 2 cables)

3.Connect the cable again

(When you connect the cable shake the cable little bit)

4. Turn on the machine and press the set button until beeping sound.

or press the all buttons and make sure all buttons are working.

Sometimes happen because the cable connection.

If still problem You have check the joint board.(Inside of the machine)

If you do not have 2 SWF machine , You can not check.

Joint board price is around $ 130.00

I have SWF since year 2000

I hope It helps

I don't know what the joint board is, but when I unplugged it and replugged it, the same words appeared on the screen, " Frame moving stop...." I just cant' get it to clear...

Did you unplug the power cable or cable between machine and control box ?

If you tried cable between and control box , reinstall the system.

It can clear and reset the all setting on control box

I got it... I had to let it hit the frame and hold down the float button....whew...that was hard! Thanks for your help guys!
