Hi I am looking into starting a new business in Embroidery and thinking of purchasing a SWF-ET1501. I was wondering if anyone here has one and if any problems with the machine and customer service? Any information would be appriciated.

hi, I have several SWF E/U-1501s and LOVE them! Our distributor is MESA up in the Dallas area and they have been really good to work with as well.
Best of luck with your new venture! I think it is an exciting time to get into this industry and if you have a particular niche in mind you can do well.

The SWF machines are great we just finished upgrading 240 more machines all to the SWF/SA-WE1220LCD. This machine is pretty competitive to the Tajima 25 heads we use as well.
