Tajima 3D1 Battery Signal Error

Hello,

I have TAJIMA TMFN-1212 and once I had a error, the settings of heads and needles changed.
I changed the settings, but every time when I turn on the machine I get a "3D1 Battery Irregular Signal (BAL1), detacted" error after acceptance, the machine is working properly (like on screen).
How do I fix this error and remove it so that it does not appear anymore?

Save the settings and machine parameters, and change the battery.
Soon or later you will have another error and the machine will be block.

Thanks for reply,
I was looking for battery like CMOS in PC - but I could not find it.
My monitor look behind like on screen.

I found two bigger battery - but one of them its look like normal "AA" battery with modification.
The second one is behind PCB and its looks like "D" battery.

What other battery are you talking about?
Can you send a photo or provide more information?

Attachment:

Normally this model of rechargeable battery(red rectangle in your picture) is 2.4V/90(100)Mamp.
But with Tajima you never know !
Take it off to see !
Don t forget to write on paper the parameters values !
Change first this battery and see if the error appear again.

I will check this battery, but I wonder why it does not charging when the machine has been switched on and is working?
Replacing the batteries every few years makes no sense.

For old machines the batteries was ok for 20-25 years.
Three years ago I changed an battery for an TMFD machine, and after one year I had again 3D1 error.
I bought original battery(60$) from an Tajima dealer.
New version of many things are worth than old one.
So,depends how lucky you are.

I checked this battery and it is TOSHIBA ER6V / 3.6V - it looks exactly like this one:

I saw replacements of this battery on the internet - what do you think about them?
It is worth to play, can you invest in the original?
Will the problem disappear after replacing the battery?
