From Tajima to SWF HELP!!!

I have been working with only Tajima machines for the past 2 years, we are currently looking at expanding and I am thinking about picking up an SWF/B t1501. I have a few questions that I could not find answers for elsewhere. 1-How often to you have SWF machines serviced, and 2-What files format do these machines use?

Any help would be extremely appreciated.

Well for service Im assuming that SWF is like any other machine on the market. We keep our SWF's oiled and clean and service is down to a minimal if non at all. SWF uses the dst format. Been running SWF now for a couple of years and wont be going back. Support has been wonderful and great machines to run.

In good hands any good machine will for for years and years...
I have never seen any problem with SWF and Tajima for 5 years. Only oiling and cleaning.
Ofcourse, every 3 month mechanic must check machines, it is simple precautions.
