Tajima TMFXII 1204 HELP

I have a problem with my TMFX-II 4 head that I hope you can help me with. I was gone last week and when I got back this is what I was told.

He did a trace and held down the #2 needle bar instead of #1
The machine made a big noise
got a code #383

Then did a ATH and broke all 4 #1 needles and the whole head assembly went all the over to the right #11 and 12 thread take up levers fell down

code #211

This is what I've done so far:
set the degree wheel back to 100, was on 111
held the take up levers up and slide the head back over and it went back over but must have went to far

needle selector # on screen was 1 needle off, 1 was 2 and so on but every thing was moving fine all the way to needle 12

went to needle 1 and the #12 take up levers fell off

lifted the #12 levers up and slide head back over all 4 and stopped this time right over #1 needle, thought it would be okay.

and now every needle is lined up with the correct # but when it gets to #11 it stops and starts making a grinding noise.

I do not have much knowledge about working on these and my tech is MIA.

Any Help would be appreciated! Thank You

For Error 383, try manual color change using Key D option 1.
