Hello, I have a pr600 mk2 machine,
I am having trouble with thread breaks.
I am working on a design I have had for a couple of years using the same make of cotton, I used to only have a thread break once every few designs but now I have multiple breaks per design.
I have tried adjusting the tension by embroidering the 6 straight lines, they work fine but still the cotton shrivels up and snaps when I go back to the file (that was ok last year)
Does any one know of a fix?

There is a possibility the design has been corrupted but not likely. Is your machine in time? Check your bobbin tension. Go back to the basics and and run another design to see if you are having the same issues. If not then most likely the design has been corrupted.
