Hi,
Can anyone tell me if they had this kind of problem with a melco embroidery machine. When the first color does a trim it does not trim long enough so the next time it goes to sew the thread comes out of the needle and then I end up with a thread break. I tried to adjust the tension in the bobbin and the upper thread. I even tried to unthread and re thread and I tried to change the setting to short tail to long tail. I have tried everything. If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate some help. I have been going back and forth with a technician and so far I am getting no wear.
Thanks

Re: Troubleshooting on Melco EMC6 embroidery machine
I don't have a melco, but are you saying it is only happening on the first color? Does it happen on every needle?
