hello all: i have a melco emc6 machine (built in the early 1800's, i believe!!) while i was sewing tonight, the power went out in my house. at that moment, the needle was down and i was backing up a few stitches in a design. now that power has been restored, the machine will power-up and then display the words "melco..." but won't allow me to select anything, everything seems to be frozen. (and the needle is still down) any suggestions!!?? thanks!
Re: troubleshooting for my melco EMC6 !!
Hmmm... I guess nobody replied because they've never experienced what happened with your machine :( Hell I never experienced it either. I guess the only suggestion we can really give you is to get an embroidery tech to look at your machine.
Re: troubleshooting for my melco EMC6 !!
If it was no plugged in a power surge bar maybe the circuit board was damaged. You definitely need a tech.
