Windows Vista and futura-ce200 HELP !

[B]:mad: Have had unbelievable problems with Vista and ce200, I have done everything as told in support-sites in exact order. I have uninstalled the whole basic futura program twice. Now the basic program works, BUT cannot install hyperfont, autopunch or photostitch... all keep telling me to install the futura program first... There is no use to contact to Singer customers service... not at least in Europe. Anybody please help... Xmas is coming too fast and I really need the Hyperfont option. I have not been able to use my Singer for three months... I really miss the sound of the machine operating.
