Really nice 1 owner machine with all the options: Air Screen Locks, Central Off Contact, Micro Registration, Missed Shirt Detector, Omni Uni Flash and Rear Stroke Adjustment. This was a show machine and was installed by factory techs and has been running in same location since new. Clean and 100% complete. Also includes the Production Managment Package for monitoring output by the day, week, month or year. 32 squeegee and flood bar clamps, 10-16" pallets, 8-16" flood bars and squeegees with new rubber of your choice. The movie of this machine in operation is at http://youtu.be/0F7ZIbb5ecM This machine has all new front and rear stroke shocks, new Mac Valve block cluster for all heads, new capture cylinder, new safety cords, completely rebuilt clevis, new filter/regulator/oiler, no splices in any head prox switch, every Kip knob and has no air leaks. All heads and features are in 100% great working order, this machine has not been re-painted (see the you tube video), not a drop of ink anywhere, a factory trained techincian completely serviced the machine this week. 2.4 million total prints (or 6.3 dz per hour per 8 hour shift 5 days/week) since new. If you are looking for a like new machine that is ready to go to work, this is the one. This machine is much faster when you compare it to "entry or starter" semi automatic presses, Gauntlets are built for heavy production, it is cycling at 4 seconds per index in the video (or 75 dz/hr). The season is here, why deal with most manufacture's 12-20 week lead times, this one is ready now. This machine can be shipped without disassembly (customer pickup or dedicated load) move it in, connect it up and start printing. More pictures and videos are available (flash cure also). A lttle more about the machine. it has only been serviced by M&R factory techs. Has the large print chopper cylinders. Every knob, bracket and switch is on the machine and is in good working order (no Mickey Mouse repairs).
The flash is also a 1997 with digital temp control, it is 100% complete and in good working order (the element is nearly new).
This machine comes out of a small custom shop, no heavy use ever. This is as close to a new Gauntlet 8 as you will find anywhere. No spliced proximity switches. The press has no air leaks and is guaranteed to be 100% at set up, if a problem is found at set up we provide the parts (freight included).
We can have most buyers approved for a lease through **** Clark and Associates for this machine.
