5% more auto production

Just put on an industrial printer one of these units. See wflow.co.nz - this provides a real time screen on the floor and accessible by mobile with every OOE metrics you can imagine. It counts all downtime and why and compares shifts and operators and jobs etc. forces staff to compete and keep machine running, can alert when run outside parameters like slow speeds etc.

Just a thought, imagine integrating a system like this in a high production automatic shop??? We have cameras in here on every machine too. Obviously for the staff it can be more stressful, less social and less pleasant, but in bottom line and rewarded with top pay rates you can expect to monitor, review and tweak their performance with your capital investment???????

Love your thoughts.

Actually M&R introduced this more than a decade ago. Unfortunately very few users were accessing it and they discontinued the program.

Many of the products M&R continues to offer are virtually unchanged for over a decade, so nothing surprising in your statement.

We have found it beneficial, and it doesn't take much to pay for itself. Obviously irrelevant to owner operators, but bigger factories with maybe multiple machines and shifts this is invaluable for in my opinion. I have used similar software with other printing machines, and fabric knitting machines but this is an exterior unit and software and it's a first for me to see integrated into screenprinting, and seeing the results of changeovers speeding up by nearly fifty percent in some instances and restarts much quicker, my only concern is people rushing and compromising quality from the start or running with screen breaking down or leak rather than rectifying. I want to put on a camera based stop motion that can stop if there is say dust on a screen or running out of ink or a leak and integrate that too.

Are we supposed to beware of Barnes or just an alias in general? How do we know if you are who you say you are? Oh wait, you don't say who you are, should we beware of you then? Someone should chime in and warn us about you warning us!

This has been a public service announcement from Leroy Jenkins

Not sure who Barnes is to you, but you sure seem to be concerned about him and his Mustang (just saying)
