Advantage of auto vs manual

I'm from eastern canada and I am going to the SGIA show in atlanta in Nov. Looking at automated textile press. I am doing a business plan for my financial institute and they asked if I had any testimonial on people who went from manual printing to automated printing and was it a positive experience for their business. I have been printing manual for 30 yrs and my contract screen printing business is growing and getting to old to print by hand. Anybody testimonial would help...thanks
