So I'm pretty new to embroidery, i've had my single head 15 head Tajima for a couple months and maybe use it 3-4 days a week for about 30 min - 3 hours (depending on how tired I am from work)
I oiled it once since I got it (about a week ago) but I used some "all purpose sewing machine oil" from Joann's and yesterday I noticed the left side of my machine is spewing out oil residue.
I wiped it pretty clean and even did about 15k + stitches yet it's still coming out on certain needles.
Any advice on how to get rid of this and prevent it from happening in the future? Thank you!

Did you recently oil your machine. It appears like oil is spattering when the press or foot hits the fabric. The felt pads only need to be damp, not soaking wet.
You will have to do some more sew outs on throw-a-way fabric or backing to rid the excess oil.
It is a learning lesson......
