CW and CCW

RWB, sorry for my ignorance on this question, but I understand the benefit long term of being able to print CW and CCW is that your heads don't wear out the same and would maybe give your machine a longer lifespan ie, head one with first white base used every single time has more wear than the heads at the end of the revolution, and possibly if you had a dodgy head waiting for a part or a tech you could skip or there may be a benefit in changing direction from CCW to CW maybe. Is there any other benefit that I am not thinking of??

Unfortunately the M&R doesn't have the ability to index in ANY direct from the Printhead ... so ... M&R Buyers miss-out on decreasing their setup times :-((

Also ... if you have to run a pivot arm indexer like the Sportsman the mechanical design when running CW is NOT optimal due to inertia ... therefore ... achieving a smooth index consistently is always an issue :-@
