Hi. I just need some help on data storage & backup. We're running our printing business in Miami and soon we'll open another one in Dubai in partnership with our UAE local friend. Currently all our files including those files coming from our customers are just being saved in the drop box. We want to have an upgrade very soon since we are expanding. We want to make this happen before we start to operate the one in the Middle East. There's one IT executive that I just met in an expo suggested to consider this cloud solution thing. Do you also run this in your office, any experience on this? Please feel free to share your insights and suggestions. Thanks.

We have used a company called "Rackspace" for over a decade. Google them. They specialize in managed cloud services. We have had no downtime and managed backups several times each 24 hr period for all this time with hardware and software firewalls to protect our clients. They are not the least expensive but for our digitizing clients one failure could be one too many so the price is worth it for our piece of mind.

One of my friends recommends using the services of this company though. We'll have to compare them and see which one would best fit our needs.
