Frames for thermoplastic ink

Greetings from Ukraine!
Sorry for of topic..we have machine for automatic printing on glass(bottles/thumblers/mugs), we using thermoplastic inks for print.
We have a problem with wooden frames, maybe some of you know some good solution?

The meaning of the problem: for printing with thermoplastic paints, they need to be heated to 80-90C, hence a metal fabric is used, which is heated by connecting electrodes to it.

Because of the need to connect electrodes - we can not use standard aluminum frames and are forced to use wooden ones that are not durable, and with constant heating and high printing speed, they quickly fail ((

There are frames in which the combined wood + metal(see attachment), but they are too heavy for our printing machine. I know that there are such frames:

They fit us in their idea, but they are not suitable for attaching to our car)))

Perhaps one of you has faced such a problem or knows how to qualitatively isolate metal frames?
