heat transfer print technology for skateboards

Hi,
I`m lokated in Estonia and looking for heat transfer print technology for
skateboards. I do not know a lot on this field but can imagine taht this
is just the way for printing original arts to the skateboard decks. Screen
printing is good for larger series but we need to print only a few of
every arts. Our goal is online shop for custom skateboard with your
customers own graphic on it. Can You guide me and advise right technology
if You have it. Or tell me what it shall be basically that I can search
Europe.
