Help with Dual Function swf cap frames?

I just bought a 2006 SWF/E UH1504D-45 4 head dual function machine.
I am having trouble figuring out how to put cap frames on.
They seem to have the quick change clips to clip into the tubular frame but the cap embroidery area is way too far out?
Anyone know this machine and can help would be appreciated.
