Help - Older Husqvarna Machine

Hi, I am new to machine embroidery. I have a small 2x2 inch logo that I would like to have digitized and put on a emb card for me. I do not have the read/writer or software. Any ideas??
I was thinking if someone has the capability to write to cards, I could forward my .hus file and send a emb card via mail and that someone may write my design to that card and send it back. :) I don't think I will be creating my own designs and cannot justify the cost of writer box and software.
It's a logo my son and friends designed for his "ski club" They are 11. They were hoping I could stitch this to their ski hats. Any help would be appreciated.
