I need a design digitized

Hello everyone. I have a belt to do. The customer wants some Japanese writing done on one end of the belt. Notice the attached picture.

Here is the instructions that came with the order. It's a customer supplied belt.

"take a look and see if this can be done,the belt is 430cm.wide and 130"long , you can put 1 stripe at bottom then space up @ 2 1/2" with my name offset as it appears (it can be all capitals if its easier) the other side would be the chinese lettering offset , all in red. please let me know the costs before starting..........."

can someone do this for me. It needs to look like true Japanese lettering. He just hand wrote what he wanted here.
