need a technician

I am located 30 minutes north of Pittsburgh, PA and I have 3 machines (2 babylock, 1 melco amaya). I need a technician in my area who can service all 3 of them for me. I've been unsuccessful at my attempts to have anyone come here. I've done as much of the servicing myself as I can do, but I really need a professional to look at all of them.

Anyone have anyone they can refer me to?

Thanks in advance,
Jodi

I could have helped you on the Melco a while back. I was at the SWF show in Pittsburgh. The Babylocks I'm told are just like the Brothers. I was called out to work on a Brother PR600 (I believe thats the correct model) only to run into a brick wall on technical assistance and parts. I've pursued training but no luck. Only dealers of these machines have access to information so thats probably where you will have to take(or call tech in). This came straight from a dealer who was moving to Ohio from Johnson City, TN.I don't know any techs up there. I'm in Bristol, Va---too far away.
