Screen Printing Equipment/ Outsource vs. Inhouse

We currently do all of our embroidery in house and outsource our screen printing. We are leaning towards bringing our smaller screen printing jobs in house while still outsourcing larger jobs.

We are looking for recommendations on the best equipment to get started with, 1-2 color for up to 72 pieces.

Also, would you recommend bringing the smaller jobs in house, or continue to outsource?
