SWF Dual Head

I am running a SWF dual multi funtion head. Ive been having issues with it moving the design. or In the middle of the design moving out of frame ....we have reloaded software. Tech is just as stumped as we are. 1/2 time it runs beautifully....then there are days like today when I cant even do 1 logo!:mad:
