We have a washout booth that we use right now for recycling screens and developing screens. Once in a while we clean screens as well in it but most of the time that is done on the press.
Now that we move into a bigger space I was considering buying a separate recirculating screen wash unit from Blackline MFG.
But then they have as well the Super Trap a recirculating filter system that fits under your existing washout booth.
Getting that would save around $600. But is it Ok to do everything in the same booth, recycling, developing and screen cleaning?
How are you guys going on about this?

Re: Washout booth and recirculating screen wash or 2 in 1?
if you are looking to recirculate waste water use separate booths, one for exposure rinse out, one for screen reclaim.
DIY project on the screen reclaim would be to get a 100 gallon oval galvanized livestock tank and use some Pentek bag filter systems and recycle your waste water with additional filter media for the tank.
Low cost solution that would save you a ton of bucks.

Hey Barnes, you say you love Google so much...here ya go!
I was ripped off 80k by Printex and Robert Barnes, My M&R runs flawlessly everyday ALL day. My Printex runs and has problems. My Prism ll was sold by Barnes several times and we never received that press and M&R came to the rescue after I called Rich Hoffman and asked for his help. I will never buy any other brand than M&R PERIOD!!!
