i have a neo. I bought in Feb-07 not a good machine.it has too many errors.if you embroider a design which has 10.000 stiches it breaks the tread at least 10 times. My recommendation is never get it.

most them errors seem to be operator error ....the machine is a work horse,,,, My first job with no exp with embroidery was 200 caps with 1 color 7210 stitch count.....not 1 thread brake or pullout.....you should check your digitized file and your machine to make sure everything is correct:)

i would think its a problem with the design or your tensions not the machine. if you are having that much trouble, you need a service tech.

Have a great day! :)

When starting I had lots of problems with my machines as well.... ended up being operator error almost each time... but I stuck with it and learned alot. It is frustrating, we think the machines should be human proof, but they aren't.
